Buying, selling — or both at the same time.
I work with both. Some of my clients are trying to buy and sell at the same time. That can be really stressful. And I try to make it as easy as possible.
Whether it’s your first house or your fourth, my job is the same: help you make the best, most informed decision — then negotiate hard when it’s time to move forward.
First-Time Buyers
Buying your first home is exciting and overwhelming. I’ll hold your hand through the process. My job is to educate you on the process, educate you about homes, and without making you feel like you’re behind so you can make an informed decision during an emotional time.
Move-Up Buyers
Selling your current home while buying the next one is a lot of moving parts. I can help you get the timing right and avoid the mistakes that derail many of these transactions. And I’ll do this while keeping your stress level as low as possible.
What you’ll never hear from me
“You need to buy this house.” “You’d be crazy not to write an offer.” “This house is perfect for you.” That’s not how I operate. What you might hear instead: “I don’t have a good feeling about this house.” “This house just doesn’t seem right.” “I wouldn’t buy this house.”
Not ready yet? That’s fine.
That’s the best time to reach out. There’s no pressure to do anything. We can just have a conversation — about where you are, what you’re thinking about, and what the process looks like. The more lead time I have, the more useful I can be. And it costs you nothing to talk.

Do you work with buyers, sellers, or both?
I work with both. Some of my clients are trying to buy and sell at the same time. That can be really stressful. And I try to make it as easy as possible.
Can I work with you if I’m just starting to think about buying or selling — but I’m not ready yet?
That’s the best time to reach out.
There’s no pressure to do anything. We can just have a conversation — about where you are, what you’re thinking about, and what the process looks like. The more lead time I have, the more useful I can be. And it costs you nothing to talk.
Do you work weekends?
Is the Pope Catholic?
Yes. Weekends are when most people have time to look at homes, so that’s when a lot of the work happens. Don’t feel guilty about asking to see a house on a Saturday or Sunday. It comes with the job.

Please Reach out.
Even If You’re Not Ready.
A lot of people don’t reach out because they are worried about wasting my time. Don’t worry about that. If you’re not ready, that’s fine. Most people aren’t when they first reach out.
If you have questions about the Omaha area, a neighborhood, the process, whatever it is, reach out.
And I promise our conversation won’t come with any sales pitch about hiring me as an agent.
