I’m Ryan Renner.
Here’s What You Should Know About Me.
I’ve been a real estate agent in Omaha for over 10 years.
I’m a solo agent with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate – The Good Life Group, which means when you work with me, you actually work with me — not a team member, not an assistant.
I live in Dundee, one of Omaha’s older, more established neighborhoods on the central side of the city. I’ve been here long enough to have real opinions about the different parts of this city — which neighborhoods have changed, which ones are worth a closer look, and where the tradeoffs are depending on what matters to you.

How I Work
I built my client base by being genuinely useful to people before they were ready to hire me. That’s why I started OmahaGuide.com — a resource site specifically for people who are relocating to Omaha or trying to understand the local market. It’s also why I’ve spent years making YouTube videos about buying and selling homes here.
Most of my clients find me before they’re ready to buy or sell. They’ve read something I wrote, watched one of my videos, or got a referral from someone I helped. By the time we actually talk, they already have a feel for who I am. I like it that way. I’m not going to pressure you. I’m not going to tell you a home is perfect if it isn’t. And if buying or selling isn’t the right move for your situation right now, I’ll tell you that — even if it means I don’t get a commission.
Our team is dedicated to helping you find the perfect home.
A short and sweet title for this section.
We’re here to help you!
